Quick, helpful communication style
Sylvia and David are noted for quick, clear communication, being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the rental process and walkthroughs easy for guests.
Well-equipped family travel trailer
The trailer is consistently described as very clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. Guests appreciate the comfortable queen mattress, good bunk bed size, and outdoor cooking station. Minor issues included a dirty fridge and outside kitchen getting wet in heavy rain.

4.0Everything was great with only a couple exceptions. The outside kitchen fridge was a tad dirty. The trailer had been parked close to a tree due to the site location but this did not allow for the awning to be extended. Before we had got there there had been a torrential downpour which filled the opened up outside kitchen/flat top cook top and all the chairs with water. Other than that my parents enjoyed their stay in the trailer.

5.0This is the first time that we have ever rented a trailer, and I would totally recommend this trailer! Sylvia was extremely accommodating, and was quick to reply back to all of my inquiries. Fantastic experience!

5.0Sylvia was very responsive… we loved the trailer and will definitely rent from them again. It was my children’s favourite trailer and made the trip very comfortable
