Driving & Operation Paved roads only unless I’ve approved something special ahead of time. No off-roading, beaches, deep gravel, or unmaintained forest roads. Watch your height! Drive-thru, parking garages, carports = danger. No towing unless we’ve agreed to it ahead of time. Systems & Vehicle Care Don’t ignore dashboard warning lights. A glowing light means “help,” not “maybe later.” No driving with doors open even if the breeze feels nice. Cleanliness & Interior Care No smoking or vaping inside the van. Your deposit will disappear faster than the smoke. No candles, incense, or open flames inside. Wipe spills immediately. The van is tough, but stains and smells are forever. Please return the interior tidy: swept out, trash removed, dishes cleaned. Try to keep muddy shoes outside whenever possible Fuel & Maintenance Use REGULAR UNLEADED 87 only. Misfuelling = very sad van + very sad wallet. Refill the fuel to the level you received it. Tire damage from curbs, potholes, or under-inflation is renter’s responsibility. No prolonged idling for AC or heat unless we’ve discussed it. Pet Policies No leaving pets alone in the van. They get anxious and creative. Please clean up fur and messes. Excessive pet cleanup may incur an additional fee. Driver Requirements Only approved Outdoorsy drivers may drive. No exceptions. No driving under the influence of anything that impairs judgment. Stay aware of low-clearance areas bridges, branches, awnings, drive-thru. Mileage Follow the mileage limits listed in your booking. Extra miles are charged automatically per the Outdoorsy agreement. If Something Happens Report accidents, warning lights, or damage immediately. Continuing to drive with an issue makes the renter responsible for resulting damage.
