*Delivery of RV only available from Friday after 5pm to Sunday 5pm. Due to my work schedule, I cannot do delivery in most cases from Monday-Friday, sorry!*Georgie is an 07 Class A RV sitting at 34'. The interior has been tastefully upgraded with beautiful hardwood floors that are easy to keep clean. 3 slide-outs means tons of interior space! There is a brand-new queen bed in the back that sleeps 2 comfortably. The dinette turns into a bed that can sleep 1 adult or 2 kids comfortably. The couch also folds out into a bed which will sleep another 2 adults. Super spacious bathroom area with a brightly lit shower.Georgie comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a gas cook top, oven, microwave, and roomy refrigerator and freezer. Also included are pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and cups! Lots of storage inside and out! Queen bed in back comes with fresh linens. The auto-leveling system is super easy to use as well as the electric awning. This RV has been very well maintained and will treat you and your family or guests well on your next trip!This RV is equipped with fast mobile wifi so you can stay connected while you’re on the go and stream your favorite shows and movies on the Roku TV! Was ist inbegriffen-The queen bed will come with fresh linens.
-The kitchen comes with some pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, and some cooking utensils.
-Fast wifi with Roku TV. You will need to login to your own preferred streaming service. Weitere wichtige Dinge-Dogs welcome, cats are not unfortunately. We love cats, but many people are allergic to cats and cat dander is much more difficult to remove. Any damage due to pet is financial responsibility of renter. This includes cleaning up large amount of pet hair which will result in a higher cleaning fee.
-No smoking inside the RV. If you smoke outside, make sure the doors and windows are shut. Any smoke odor left inside RV whether it was from smoking inside or outside will result in loss of security deposit.
-Towing is available for a small extra daily fee because of the added stress on the drivetrain.
-A Supplemental Rental Agreement will need to be signed during the key handoff. This agreement just reiterates the rules, expectations and fee schedule of the RV.

4.0Michael was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive when we had questions during our rental. His camper is lovely for the price. The only reason I wasn’t able to give 5 stars was because the air conditioning was really in need of degassing and there were some other maintenance issues and the stereo wasn’t working properly for us. However we let Michael know about them and he told us he’s attending to all of those so it should be in tip top shape for his next renter. It was just a bit of a shame for us the AC wasn’t working great in the front since we had a very long hot drive to our destination.
