Kyle offered detailed walk-throughs and was always available. Johnny delivered the RV and provided airport transport. Road Shark team is praised for friendly, honest, and transparent service, exceeding expectations.

Guests found the RV fun to drive, clean, and new. It's completely self-contained, requiring no external hook-ups, and is spacious and fully equipped for a family of five. Minor maintenance issues were noted but critical items functioned.

5.0I can not stress enough how incredible this experience has been start to finish. From the moment I got a call back from Kyle I knew Road Shark RV would be the company that I book with. When the RV got dropped off Kyle patiently walked me through everything (I had done my homework on their YouTube Channel as well), he was there for us if and when we needed everything and at the end of the trip it was a joy to see him once again to close out the journey. Going into this experience can be daunting if you do not have experience with the RV world in general, I can say hands down that not only would I do this again, I will and when I do it will without a doubt be with Kyle and the RoadShark team. Thanks for making this adventure one to remember; I have already told everyone about you and will continue to sing your praises and push for anyone considering surfing the highways in these incredible RV's to do so with you. 4.0Our experience was really good. The style of RV was nice and fun to drive. The experience with Roadshark personnel was friendly and honest. The billing was transparent—no surprises—except for the fact that we were charged for insurance even though I provided a binder. There were minor maintenance related issues with the RV which is why I rated a 4 instead of 5 but all the critical items operated well which is most important. I would definitely use road shark again.
