5.0We had an incredible experience with Dee's RV. Visiting the U.S. National Parks in an RV had been one of our dreams, and thanks to this trip, we were able to make it come true! The RV worked perfectly and was exactly what we needed for our family adventure. It was exceptionally well-equipped, with everything in excellent condition and feeling practically brand new. It met absolutely all of our needs throughout the trip and made our experience comfortable and worry-free. Dee was extremely kind, helpful, and generous throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything about the RV and even provided a handy guide with answers to common questions, which was especially helpful since this was our first RV trip. At check-in, Dee experienced an unexpected flat tire. I mention this because her response says a lot about her character. She communicated with us immediately, resolved the issue quickly, and even delivered the RV directly to our house instead of the original meeting location. She went above and beyond to minimize the inconvenience from a situation that, while unfortunate, can happen to anyone. In the end, everything worked out wonderfully, and our experience was truly amazing. We highly recommend Dee, her RV, and the outstanding care she provides to her guests. Thank you, Dee, for helping us create such special family memories!
