Please read entire description.. This motor home is ready to roll. It is very easy to drive. Very clean. The best camping is with full hook ups like power, water and sewer. Dry camping can also be accomplished but not as convenient. Insta Hot water system, no worries about running out of hot water (unless dry camping). There is a private queen bed, loft bed, small pull out sofa, table makes into small bed. Well stocked with Coffee, Hot Chocolate,. Spices, Cooking Oil, Salt, Pepper, every pot and pan you will need. Complete with plates, bowls, serving bowls, utentils, mugs, glasses. All bath towels, wash cloth, toilet paper, kitchen towels, paper towels and all cleaning supplies. With two slides, you have large living area and bedroom. I do not charge a cleaning fee but require the motorhome to be returned in the condition it was in when you took it out. If not returned as clean as it was when you took it out, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged. Bedding linens and blankets are NOT included in this rental, but can be provided as an Add On. Please put soiled towels in shower.
Pick up time is 9:00 am. Return time is 4:00 pm. There is a late fee of $30.00 administrative fee plus $7.95 per hour for each hour after 3:00 pm.
I do have an area to accomodate 1 vehicle if you need to leave your vehicle, I can assume no responsibility.
No concerts, no festivales, No Burning Man, No tailgating allowed.
No off road driving, no logging roads, no forest service roads, no driving in the sand.

Fuel and Propane tank amounts will be indicated on agreement when picked up, If not returned with those amounts, , there will be a $10 per gallon charge. This motorhome uses regular fuel.
The black water and gray water tanks are empty. If not returned empty a $100,00 per tank fee will be charged.

Terri’s RV was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. She was very communicative, including a full binder of instructions for anything that may come up. She responded to messages right away. The RV was super comfy and everything worked well. We’d rent from Terri again for our next trip’!
