Our RV is a beautiful black and white 38’ that sleeps 10 it has a king bed, bunks, a hide a bed and dinette that transforms into a bed plus one that comes down over the captain’s seats and holds 750 lbs. we also have two bathrooms with showers and a washer dryer combo machine. Well, my husband and I have been married 21 years and I have 3 Autistic adults from my first marriage who live with us, and we have 4 small dogs, and we are all disabled. We enjoy going RVing but due to our 35-year-old Autistic daughter having breast cancer we have been limited

- You need to purchase the Damage protection insurance if you bring a pet, or else it will not be allowed on board.
- Level of gas should be brought back with the same level as departure. if not, I will charge 10$ per gallon
- Empty the black and grey water tanks or else a $150 fee will be deducted from the security deposit
- Renters are responsible for any interior damages and will be charged for missing items.
- No Cats, we are allergic.

This was our first ever RV anything for my family and Richard was great. He gave me a thorough walk through of the RV and explained the functionality of everything. Afterwords , he then ensured I understood what was what by having me close up the RV and retract the jacks to then again have me get the RV setup for camping. We had an amazing first RV experience and we’re looking forward to our next trip! We will definitely be renting Richard’s RV again!
