Prompt and helpful service

Patrick was accommodating, prompt, and easy to communicate with. He facilitated easy hook-up, pick-up, drop-off, and convenient delivery and retrieval services for guests.

Tows well with trucks

The trailer is family-sized with comfortable beds and a perfect living space. It's clean, well-built, and stocked with kitchenware. However, one trip reported a non-functional water heater.

The trailer was just the right size for our family. Comfortable beds, perfect size living space. Towed very well with my 1/2 ton. Only downside is the water heater didn’t work the entire trip, the pilot light wouldn’t light and the electric side wouldn’t heat up even after 24 hours. Hot water is one of the biggest reasons we rent a trailer, for showers and dishes.

We had a good experience. This was our first time having a unit delivered and picked up. OMG, what a great deal. Takes so much of the pressure off of you. Patrick was great and totally Prompt. Would definitely try again!!
