This camper comfortably sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-4 children. Has 1 power slide out. Amenities include a queen size bed with memory foam mattress topper, 2 fold out beds (1 adult in each fold out bed or 2 small kids), large kitchen sink, refrigerator, freezer, 3 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, roof top air conditioner, furnace, tv, cable hookups, DVD player, radio, power awning with LED lighting, outdoor stereo speakers, large shower, hot and cold water, cabinets and drawers to store clothes and belongings. They are required for safe towing and any rental in which the renters truck does not have them installed will be declined.Please inform us of the intended destination when planning on renting this unit without delivery. Long distances may not be approved without towing experience.We prefer for our camper to be used at an official campsite. Residential homes may not have the electrical or plumbing requirement, area to park or level ground required for proper setup.If generator use is requested, please note that we will require the renter to rent our generator. This is due to our generator having a voltage limited that protects against power surges and damage to the electrical system and appliances in the camper.
