This 2010 Roadtrek 190 Popular is a fully self contained motorhome built in Canada on the Chevrolet 3500 Express Van Chassis, so not only is it powerful and dependable, it is much easier to drive than a larger motorhome. It's small enough to park easily at the grocery store, and the handy blue tooth radio setup with backup camera makes it handsfree, and easy to back up. This van camper is the perfect setup for 2. I can guarantee you'll be comfy and cozy! There's a full kitchen for making meals. A wet bath with sink, shower and toilet. In the evening, enjoy the Roku TV with surround sound. You can use the rooftop antenna to find local channels, or the hotspot on your phone for much more. There's also a DVD player. This RV is equipped with 200ah of LiFePO4 12V battery power, a 1200 Watt charger/inverter, a DC to DC Charger, solar panels for Summer, propane, and a gas generator that when all combined make it possible to camp without hookups, if you so choose.*** In colder months, starting Nov. 3rd, there will be a Winterization done so as to not damage water lines and holding tanks. Also no gray or black tank usage! This is very strict and any usage and resulting damage will be charged to the renter. This means you will need to be parked next to a toilet and shower. Fresh drinkable water will be provided by owner in 3 gallon Fresh Water Jugs. Again - absolutely no waterline usage, including sink faucets and drains, toilets, showers, etc.*** Please note, there is NO personal vehicle parking here. A $500 fee applies for evidence of smoking. • No use of awning. • No cats allowed. There will be an extra "non-allowed pet" cleaning fee of $500 for any cat. • Dogs are ok with a $25 fee/per dog/per night. ***Maximum 2 dogs*** • Accidents, mechanical issues, or damages must be reported to owner also, immediately. • Lost keys or lockout service is the responsibility of the renter. There is a lost or broken engine key fee of $150 per lost or broken engine key. • Propane - 1 filled onboard tank of propane is provided free. If a refill is needed that is the responsibility of the renter. Please only use a certified Propane Professional to fill. Do not drive with the onboard Propane tank in the on or open position.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

After you have booked your trip, approximately (and no later than) 1 week before your departure, you will receive my Roadtrek RV Handbook and a link to some video(s) that will go over all of the systems. Please read the handbook thoroughly, and watch the video(s) because together, they should provide you with the answers you'll need to most questions, and also help to troubleshoot should you encounter and problems.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

These questions will be answered in the Roadtrek RV Handbook, and videos. You will receive these no later than 1 week prior to your departure.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

The pickup time is 11am and return time is 4pm. There may be some flexibility, depending on other renters coming and going. Please let us know how we might be able to help. Please note, there is no parking available here while you are on your trip. In order to rent this RV, it will be necessary to have a 2nd driver to transport the Verified and Insured Driver of the rental RV here in order to pick it up.

Hi, I'm Julie. I am a retired nurse and passionate watercolor artist. I travel in the South in the wintertime and spend my summers in the beautiful St. Croix River Valley area of Wisconsin. I love to travel and this little Roadtrek 190 is perfect for a single person, a couple, and possibly 1 or 2 small children. It is unique in that the power sofa has 3 seat belts in the back, and reclines into either 2 twins, a full, or even a huge king size bed that could sleep Mom, Dad, and a couple small kidlets! I am so excited to be able to rent my rig out to others so they can experience why I have chosen this compact, yet very liveable RV! Enjoy!
