The Summerland Bunkhouse is both easy to tow and easy to set-up. You'll be relaxing in a chair 20 minutes after arrival. Looking for a completely worry-free experience? If you choose to have the camper delivered (for additional fee), we will set everything up and give you a brief overview of how things work. With delivery and set-up you won't need to worry about towing the vehicle or dumping the tanks.OCCUPANTS

Well behaved pets are allowed to stay but cannot be left unattended. No pets allowed on the furniture or beds. Additional fee applies.RV CONDITION
We expect our RV to be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. A thorough walk-through (with departure form) will be done prior to renter taking the RV, and again when returned (with rental return form). An additional $100 cleaning fee may be charged against your security deposit if returned in an excessively dirty state.TANK DUMPING
Please try book a full hookup site with electric, water and sewer. We do charge a dumping fee if it is not returned empty. The tanks are treated to avoid smells.BOOKING
When you message us or request a booking, please let us know what campground or the desired location. A full hook-up site will be the most convenient, however, campgrounds with dump stations would be acceptable as well. We are also able accommodate you if you plan to dry camp (use campground facilities only (no toilet, sink or shower use). Pick up times are adjustable, we all work and have a busy schedule. Just keep in touch and we can always make something work.Sorry, this camper is NOT available for festivals, races, parties, etc. Special rates for AirVenture are listed.SECURITY DEPOSIT
We understand the camper is made of lightweight material and things break, especially with children! The amount of the deposit covers the deductible for those kind of accidents.
