• Monitor water tank levels throughout your stay and advise host if tanks are nearing full. There will be a $75 charge for dumping if an extra trip is required for host to empty tanks. Extended stay guests and guests with large numbers of people in their parties are advised to use the camp provided bath house for showering to avoid the extra dump charge.
• Wipe up spills immediately to protect surfaces from staining, resulting in an extra charge for cleaning or replacement.
• Use provided supplies reasonably, please.
• Do not move slide out from the extended position. This is a host only responsibility, as damage to the slider motor or floor may occur with improper use.
• Awning must be retracted if wind is above 10 MPH to avoid damage & costly awning replacement charge.
• Do not adjust undercarriage jacks or tongue jack. This is a host only responsibility, as damage may occur to jack motors.
• Do not allow children to play on or near the tongue of the trailer for safely.
• Keep undercarriage and outdoor kitchen locked at all times when not in use to avoid costly theft. Gray key only

We had a great experience renting this RV! Lisa was extremely responsive and helpful from the start, answering all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The RV itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with all the amenities you could need. It’s clear that Lisa takes great pride in maintaining it and genuinely wants her guests to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We would absolutely rent from her again!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

You will need to choose a site with 30 amp electric capacity as well as water hookup. Guests staying longer that 3 days may also wish to choose a site with sewer hookup so the sewer, galley and gray water tanks can be emptied on site during your stay.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
All campgrounds have stated pickup and drop off times. For the purposes of Outdoorsy, our pickup and drop off times closely align with most campgrounds we have experienced (both 3 PM). However, each guest will have their own schedule for arriving and departing within the campground guidelines. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. However, Sunday morning checkout and departure may not be possible depending on the location of your stay and your exact desired departure time.
