Pick up and drop off were smooth and YouTube videos that were sent before were super helpful to understand the workings of the RV. Unit was clean and very well stocked. Perfect size for our family of 4. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again or recommend to family and friends. Thanks for making our family trip to Algonquin one to remember!
