We had a memorable trip with this RV. At first, I thought I’d have many complaints about the little challenges along the way, but honestly, the host was such a true lady — kind, patient, and supportive — that everything turned into a positive experience. She worked with us on every issue, and thanks to her, it became a great adventure for my family. For anyone new to RV camping (like I was), here are a few tips I wish I knew earlier — they might be helpful if included in the pick-up tour: Quick intro with the keys (there are many, a bit confusing at first). Outlets only work when connected to electricity or when the generator is running. How to start the generator. Where the thermostat is for air conditioning. Clear demo on emptying the septic. Simple guide to filling the water tank. Don’t forget to connect the lighter if charging via USB. Bring a phone holder if you prefer your own GPS over the built-in unit. Clear instruction on how to use the sofa-beds. Other than these small learning curves, the host was super supportive, the outdoorsy team was great, and overall, I honestly can’t complain about a single thing. Even though most of this info is online, having it upfront would make the experience even smoother.
