5I want to thank Trisha and her family for renting me their "home away from home". Trisha and her family were wonderful to work with and very hospitable. They met with me several times in advance of my trip to educate me on the "ins and outs" of the vehicle. They answered my many questions promptly and were available during the trip when I had questions. I highly recommend this vehicle. The RV was intuitively designed and outfitted with everything we needed to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Renting this van through Outdoorsy was a great choice. The platform was easy to use. The chat feature was excellent. The agents were very responsive and helpful. And, having 24/7 access was comforting.
