We maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, which includes cleaning their vehicles with disinfectant and antibacterial/antiviral cleaner before and after each rental to help prevent the spread of germs between travelers. We wipe down all hard surfaces with these cleaners, paying special attention to areas travelers touch often such as seats, tables, counters and door handles. We provide fresh/disinfected queen bed protectors each rental.

No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation (professional cleaning) can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
No pets allowed. If there is any evidence of a pet being inside there will be $500 deducted from your security deposit.
No climbing on the roof. If there is any evidence of climbing on the roof, your entire security deposit will be forfeited.
Owner will provide information on the operation of the Travel Trailer at time of pickup and will provide instructions for operation of systems, features and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.

Brenda and I absolutely love RVing. Being married over 31 years we wanted to find something we can do together, to go along with our love for movies, bowling and family. We enjoy the peace and quiet of being out in nature, away from the city lights. We enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, campfires, just plain getting away from the daily grind. We are the proud parents of 2 wonderful daughters, 2 amazing grandbabies as well as our little Loki. They call her a Snorkie, part schnauzer, part yorkie, completely spoiled. I think our favorite trip to date has to be either Beavers Bend OK, or Caddo St. Park.
