Failure to do so will result in a $100 dumping fee.Renter is responsible for returning the trailer with full propane tanks. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee plus $5 per gallon needed to refill the tanks.There is a strict no smoking policy inside the trailer. If the trailer smells of smoke upon return, the renter will be charged a $300 cleaning fee.Renter is subject to an additional cleaning fee of $100, if the trailer is returned dirty.
