5.0Our host, Cliff, made this process very easy with pickup and drop-off. We had a great time on this trip up and down the west coast of Florida including the Keys. The RV was in good condition, everything was in good working order, it was clean and it was very well stocked. This was a great way to explore Florida, I'd do the trip again and I'd rent this unit again for our family of 4.
