Our V-nose travel trailer sleeps up to eight people. There is a queen size bed with memory foam topper and a TV in the bedroom (bedding included), a bunk in the back, dining table converts to a bed and there is an inflatable bed for the living room. You will need to bring your own bedding for the beds not in the bedroom. The living room and dining area slide out to make this a very roomy trailer. Nice TV with stereo/DVD system in the living room and another TV in the bedroom. Living room TV is on a rotating swing arm. Husband customized the mount for better viewing. We have a collection of DVDs you are welcome to use. There are outdoor speakers as well. Everything works great. Cold A/C and warm heat! We have included a set of four bath towels for your use. There is also an outside shower at the back of the trailer. There are dishes and cooking utensils for your use. Also included are pots and pans, a small coffee maker, a crock pot and kitchen towels. There is a cooking grate you can use over campfires as well as a small charcoal grill. We have dogs so this is a dog friendly trailer (no cats or other animals please). We ask that dogs stay off of the furniture and beds. We will include our outdoor dog pen if you would like to use it. There are a couple of folding lawn chairs in the storage area. We absolutely love camping in this trailer and are sure you will too! Pretty much all you need for wonderful memories - just grab some clothes and food and you're ready to go!!

There is no smoking allowed. We do not have a generator so you will need to use a campground that has 30 AMP hookup for electricity. Power cord and water hoses are included. You will need to have at least 7000 pound towing capacity. If interested, we will deliver and pick up the camper if our schedule allows and is a reasonable distance from Papillion, NE. Please send us a message if you would like to discuss details and pricing for delivery and pick up. There is a broom, vacuum and cleaning wipes. Please keep the trailer clean so that we do not need to charge a cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is $100 if not returned wiped down and swept. No climbing on roof. There is a dump fee of $30.00 dollars if not dumped before returned. We expect propane tanks to be full upon return unless agreed upon during inspection. No one is allowed in the trailer while it is moving.

We love visiting new parks and campgrounds. There many to choose from right around the Omaha, NE/Council Bluffs, IA area. So far we have only been weekend campers but those weekend getaways are soooo relaxing. We look forward to renting out our trailer to others so that they can also enjoy the great outdoors and make happy camping memories too!
