• The trailer tires are speed rated for 75 mph so do not exceed this speed as you drive. • The vehicle utilized to tow this trailer must have a trailer brake controller (for electric brakes) and a towing capacity well in excess of the trailers gross weight. In addition, the vehicle must be in good running condition, especially the brakes, tires, and suspension. • If you are inexperienced at towing trailers, please drive slower than usual and allow extra space between you and any vehicle you are following, or structures you may be driving near. • No smoking, vaping, or doing any incite drugs inside the trailer, or close enough to it that the smell enters the trailer. These odors are hard to eliminate and that expense will be passed on to you. • No utilizing the outdoor ladder or climbing on top of the trailer. • Be sure to empty the black and grey water tanks prior to returning the trailer. • Do not flush any man-made products down the toilet other than the toilet paper that is supplied with the trailer. • Do not allow food debris to be rinsed down any of the sinks. There is no disposal on the kitchen sink and damage could occur to the plumbing and/or a backup could happen causing damage to the structure of the trailer. The renter will be held liable if either occurs. • Although the trailer is well insulated and has been retrofitted with heat tape on the water lines, significant damage can occur to the unit when used in cold weather conditions. As a result, the owner retains the right to cancel any reservation which have been made during weather conditions which may damage the trailer.
