No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a service fee of $1000 will be claimed from your security deposit.
You should never be on the roof of my unit
You are not to go over 85 MPH
If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning I will charge you $300
If you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a $500 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit
If you are late returning the unit there will be a penalty fee of $50 per hour
Renters are responsible for the tires on the unit
Renters are responsible for maintaining all fluid levels in the unit
