5.0We flew in from New York with my wife, our 15-month-old daughter, and our service dog, and we had never driven an RV in our lives. Chuck handled every single one of our rookie questions — and there were a lot of them — with patience and zero judgment. The handover was thorough and unhurried. He walked us through everything twice, made sure we actually understood the systems before we pulled away, and told us to call any time. We did call, and he picked up. That alone is worth five stars. Bertha took us from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park to Lake Granby, Grand Lake, Leadville and over Independence Pass. She handled mountain passes and high-altitude nights with a toddler on board, and she was the reason this trip worked at all. Pickup and dropoff in Parker were simple and close to the airport, which made both ends of the trip stress-free. Chuck, thank you — you gave our daughter her first national park, and you made it easy for us. We'd book with you again without hesitating. Aviv & family 🏔️

5.0Bertha was amazing when from start to finish, dry docked for 5 days without any issue. Huge plus it was loaded up with everything you would need from. The owners were absolutely amazing. They were responsive, attentive and very accommodating not to mention very nice to talk to. We gave them a day notice the response was almost immediate and made everything work smoothly. Very grateful for their them. If I could give 10 stars I would. Worth every penny. And highly recommend.

5.0We rented the RV for a short, week-long trip (the drive was only 1-hour away) and loved the experience. The RV was spacious, clean, and drove well. It also came furnished with towels, sheets/blankets, and dinnerware/utensils (very convenient!). We had a minor hiccup with hot water, but Chuck was very responsive and helped us address it very quickly. We would definitely consider renting from Chuck and his family again in the future.
