Sunny the Trailer has been loved and owned by only 1 owner. Its a 30 foot trailer (hitch to bumper 34) with a 12 foot pop out offering ample space inside with an open feel. It has been updated and is a warm and clean cozy feel inside.
The Kitchen offers standard microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, double sink and plenty of counter space. Bathroom offers power vent with fresh water tanks with water heater, Porcelain foot flush toilet, Shower with tub for little ones. Master offers upgraded comfortable queen mattress with a over room vent allowing air in or out for comfort. Living room offers a full size pleather couch with a 32 inch flat screen TV with blue-ray and VHS. Dinette offers an updated farm style table with 2 benches for indoor eating. Back room aka bunk house offers 4 beds twin size with privacy curtains. Outlets throughout and area lighting in each room.
The outside offers an outdoor shower with manual 19 foot awning. Electric hitch. Absolutely NO Pets, NO Inside Smoking
