The couch sits in front of the electric fireplace with the TV and folds into a bed. The fireplace has settings to adjust the heat, color, and flames. The dining table also folds into a bed. There is a private room with a queen bed with a comfortable mattress. There are also outdoor speakers you can use while using the outdoor stove that folds out and a fridge. Dual-zone audio system with Bluetooth capability, connect any device. The appliances are new and the A/C and heat work so well. Plenty of outlets and USB ports.We will provide coffee and basic toiletries. We will supply plenty of Rv toilet paper :)We have a SRA that we will send to you to review once you are booked.When cooking, try not to use the stove when cooking greasy foods (bacon) with a strong odor.Try and keep doors closed when there is a fire going. The camp fire smell takes awhile to go away:(Trailer is to be returned in the condition it was picked up in. If this is not done there will be a 150.00 cleaning fee. A 300.00 deep cleaning fee is applicable if required
