* **No Smoking / No Vaping:** Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit for deep cleaning and odor removal.
* **Pet Policy:** Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed only if pre-approved in writing before the trip. Pets must never be left unattended unless crated with the A/C running, and must stay off all beds and furniture.
* **No Music Festivals:** This coach is not permitted at music festivals (such as Burning Man, EDC, etc.). Tailgating at sporting events is allowed with prior approval.
* **Towing Policy:** Towing any vehicle, trailer, or watercraft is strictly prohibited unless specifically discussed, reviewed, and approved by us in writing prior to your trip.
* **No Roof Access:** For your safety and to prevent damage to the roof and solar/AC components, guests are strictly prohibited from climbing the rear ladder or walking on the roof.
* **Awning Care:** The power awning must be completely retracted during high winds, heavy rain, overnight while sleeping, or anytime you leave the campsite unattended. Wind damage is the renter's financial responsibility.
* **Tanks & Fuel Return:** The RV will have a full tank of gas and empty waste tanks at pickup. Please return it in the same condition (full fuel and completely emptied black/gray tanks) to avoid refueling or dumping fees.
* **Driving & Clearance:** This is a large Class A motorhome standing over 12 feet tall. Watch for low-hanging branches, drive-thrus, and bridge clearances. Take wide turns and utilize the side-view and backup cameras at all times.
