If your going to pull the travel trailer, you will be required to have insurance before departure and for when it is being delivered. The insurance purchased through Outdoorsy covers you in case someone would back into it at the campground or damage it some other way. We have a generator available if you will be parking it in a drive way for a family reunion or at a festival.** Please note we will ask to talk with you by phone before your reservation starts. This camper is a 4 night minimum for holidays; memorial day, 4th of July and labor day weekend. It has a surge charge at 20.00 additional per night. When booking this camper please provide details with your reservation. Destination, how many people, will you be bringing a dog? Do you need us to deliver?
** For insurance reasons- you must be over 25 years old to rent this camper. Outdoorsy insurance is required when making the reservation. Why don't you charge a Cleaning or Prep Fee as many of the other owners on here do?
A.
We expect the camper to be as clean as when we gave it to you when it is returned. We do run an ionizer between rentals and wipe all touch points down. This keeps your cost down renting from us, and our time spending hours cleaning it! We have never had a bad customer and the campers have always came back as clean as when we gave them to the renter.

Do you need a brake controller to pull this camper?
A.
Yes! The brake controller works the camper brakes and is required for all our rentals. No exceptions.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Depending on our work schedule we can adjust the pick up and drop off times. Please ask if you need a specific time. Thursdays and Sunday's are our normal delivery days, and we can accommodate most schedules on those days.
Q.
Why don't you allow the use of the electric awning on this camper?
A.
We have seen too many awnings from other owners be damaged. Even in bright sunlight the wind can tear them off. The average cost to replace one is $3,000. Insurance does not cover this. We instead provide a larger Coleman canopy 13x13 that costs only $215.00 to replace and is taken out of the renters deposit if damaged while in their possession.
