Adventure-Ready! 2022 Freedom Express – Luxury Meets the Open Road

Please view the following rules: * No smoking inside the RV – $300 cleaning fee applies if detected. * No roof access – it’s not safe or permitted. * Max occupancy: 5 guests (including children). * Driver must be 25+ years old and verified through Outdoorsy. * Must have sufficient towing vehicle with appropriate tow rating * Brake controller required – renter must confirm their tow vehicle is equipped. * Speed limit: 65 MPH max when towing. * No off-road travel, forest roads, or primitive campsites. * No climbing steep grades without confirming clearance and road safety. * Renter is responsible for all tire and undercarriage damage during towing. * Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless dump fee is prepaid. * Only use RV/marine-safe toilet paper (provided). * If returned with full tanks, a $75 dump fee will apply. * Water heater and furnace must not be run without sufficient propane. * RV must be returned in clean, broom-swept condition: * Dishes washed * Trash removed * Floors swept * Surfaces wiped down * A basic cleaning fee is included, but excessive messes may result in extra charges. * Report any damage or issues immediately via Outdoorsy messaging. * Renter is responsible for negligent damage (interior or exterior). * Setup, takedown, and walkthrough provided at delivery (please allow 30–45 min).
