No expense was spared with this newly built camper van on a 2017 Ford Transit 350 HD High Roof Extended. Whether you prefer RV parks or boondocking in the wild this van can handle any adventures you and your family throw at it. We selected the Ford Transit 350 HD because it has best drive quality of all the vans in its class. It is extremely easy and enjoyable to drive. The build out is a true tiny home complete with "bedroom", "bathroom", "dining room", "kitchen", "living room" and an "office". The dining/living space converts to a double bed. There is an option for a 3rd double bed if you need. The table area turns into the 2nd bed and the 3rd bed requires a frame that goes across the driver and front passenger seats. To keep you comfortable we installed an air conditioner/heat pump and a Maxxair fan. The toilet is a Nature's Head composting toilet which is the best composting toilet on the market. With a 27 gallon fresh water tank and a 600 amp hour battery bank this van can keep you comfortable while boondocking for several days. Was ist inbegriffenThe family Adventure Van comes with everything you would need including bed linens, cooking and eating ware, cooking spices and condiments, tea and coffee, 2 burner induction stove top, small charcoal grill, cleaning supplies, camping chairs, small outdoor camping table. Bathroom has basic items (toilet paper, eco friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash). It is possible for us to deliver and pick up the van for a fee. EmpfehlungenWe highly recommend The Great Smokey Mountain National Park. We usually stay just outside the park in a small town called Townsend TN or Bryson City NC. We also highly recommend the springs in Florida. Tourists know Florida more for its beaches and Disney. Florida natives know it for its cristal clear and lushly vegetated springs. The Manatee Springs State Park has an amazing spring and a campground. The Manatees come there in the winter months for the warmth of the spring water that is ~70° year round. The Destin Florida area has several RV parks on or near the beach. Henderson Beach State Park is right on the beach. There are many parks in the North Georgia mountains as well (Black Rock Mountain, Vogel State Park... to name a few).Weitere wichtige DingeThis is our home. We worked very hard to make it what it is. We ask all guests to treat it with the utmost love and respect. We also reserve the right to refuse any potential rental.We will give a full tutorial, user manual and videos on how to use everything. Please allow 30 minutes to an hour upon delivery of the van for the tutorial. It would be best if all adults are present. We will have an inventory check list of all items provided in the van which will be used during the tutorial and when the van is returned (allow 15 to 30 minutes for returning checklist review).

Are you looking for a true home on wheels that will get you where you need to go? Are class A's and Class C's just too big? Does the thought of towing your abode frighten you? If yes to any of those questions, then this RV might be right for you. Make no mistake, this is not your average factory class B. This thing has been built, lived in by a family of 6, and lived in again by a few folks now. My experience included myself, my wife and my 16mo daughter. We rented it for the 2024 American eclipse, traveling from GA to IN and back (1,000+ miles), and we would absolutely do it again with this rig. Mark and family have put 150% love into this thing. If you're looking for a true 'home away from home', this might be the one for you. Please just treat it with respect because this thing is a gem, and we'd love to rent it again.

Our family of four had a great time on our 3 night RV adventure to North Carolina! Mark was very helpful and gave us confidence to take a camper out for the first time! We felt the size was easy to get around the mountain towns and curvy roads. The RV provided everything we needed, we only brought our clothes and food. We would recommend for a fun outdoorsy trip!

The Family Adventure Van was everything that I needed it to be. It was spacious, functional, and very easy to drive. It is well outfitted with lots of little extras that make it feel homey. Mark was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely consider taking it out again on my next adventure.
