Clean and comfy RV with low miles. Sleeps 8 adults, up to 12 with children. Pick up in Pella, Iowa at our home 6 miles North of Pella with a full tank of gas and return to same location with a full tank of gas. The RV includes a Queen size master bedroom with a closet, several drawers and a great deal of cabinet space. 2 one person bunk beds across from the bathroom in the hallway, a queen size bunk over the front cab, a table that folds into a bed and a couch that becomes a bed as well. Both the table and bed will accommodate 2 children or one adult comfortably.Amenities include full bedding for both queen beds and two bunk beds with extra pillows and blankets for the table and couch. The bathroom facilities cover enough towels for 10 guests. The kitchen includes enough plates/bowls/silverware/glassware to accommodate up to 16 people in the full kitchen to include coffee maker, microwave, propane stove and refrigerator. There are several utensils, pots, pans and Tupperware to have an extended stay.There are 2 TVs in the RV, one in the living room that turns into the bunkover and one in the master bedroom. There is a DVD player for the main TV, along with several DVDs for rainy days and an Amazon Fire Stick in the bedroom for those who bring along a hotspot.The RV is equipped with many everyday camping items; Several water floats, a cooler and 4 lawn chairs are stored in the outside storage of the RV for customer's use. As well as there is often cardboard stored to assist in starting campfires. Multiple flashlights, lighters, candles and games can be found in the cupboards, along with sunscreen, bug spray and first aid items for peace of mind and convenience.Pick up and drop off times are relaxed based on clients booking needs. My husband and I are adventurers at heart who still want some comfy amenities when we travel- helloooo good coffee, comfy beds and internet! ;) We have 5 kids from 2-13 years old and have enjoyed amazing road trips while homeschooling our brood. A change of seasons is bringing us to a new rhythm of life/school/travel in NorCal! When we're not using this comfy/large/awesome RV ourselves we are excited to host other families looking to enjoy adventures with their loved ones and make epic memories in the Pacific Northwest, Cali and beyond! We take a lot of pride in the upkeep of our RV and trust renters will too...whats ours is yours, treat it like its yours (or at least as well as our kids do haha). We're looking forward to hosting your crew in our home on wheels!
