Clean and roomy, this camper is great for families with kids. The bunkhouse is a separate room with a door, it will sleep 3 to 4 kids depending on size. It has a tv/DVD player with assorted movies, the 2 upper bunks have safely rails. There is a front bedroom with a new foam mattress for the adults, also the dinette folds down and will sleep 2 adults or kids comfortably. The couch also folds out for 2. The living area is very spacious with all the amenities of home, a 32" smart TV, stereo with DVD player, kurig, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, dishes, etc. Outside there is a 15' awning and a huge outdoor kitchen with stove, fridge and sink. Well behaved pets are welcome. I can also provide pet crates, pack and play, high chair at no extra cost if needed. My wife and I have been camping for 30+ years. We started with a tent and worked our way up to a 36 ft trailer. Our 3 boys grew up camping and now we enjoy going with our grandchildren. We bought another camper for our adult kids to use with us and are renting it when not being used.
