5.0Chad is the real deal. First time towing a trailer, first time camping, first time visiting Horseshoe Bend. Chad made all of it easy and memorable. He was communicative from the start, friendly in person, and took the time to walk us through mounting, unmounting, security, and every accessory we needed to know. Never once felt like we were on our own figuring things out. The 2024 Coleman trailer was spotless, hi-tech, and at 29 feet it was just the right amount of space for our group. Not too big, not too small. It came with everything we needed and not once did we feel like anything was missing. Thanks to Chad, our family knocked some major bucket list items off the list and came home with memories that will last forever. 10/10, highly recommend and will rent from Chad again!

5.0Everything about this rental went perfectly. The drop off was seamless. The trailer was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was cooled down, so I was able to put the perishables in with no worries. Chad walked me through everything I needed to know. Having never had a trailer of my own and never renting one before this was extremely helpful. The one issue I did have was my own fault, but Chad promptly helped me fix the issue and we were back in business. Our trip was perfect and I would definitely rent from Chad again.
