5The trailer was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process, which made things really easy. Drop-off and pick-up went smoothly with no issues at all. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely book again!

5Xavier is a real stand up guy. He always stayed in contact with me and answered my questions about trip coming up. Delivered right on time and pick up on time. He even contacted me the moring of departure make sure time was same. His fithwheel was very nice and big every thing worked as saposed to. It was warm outside so make sure you have 50 amp service run the 2 AC unites keep the rig nice and cool. The rig has 2 refrigerators one in kitchen and one outside for your drinks that cools very fast. This fithwheel nice clean and worked well for family. I would definitely rent from him again. (One note just let him deliver this fithwheel its 43' I'm experince in in pulling and was glade he deliverd and dumped tanks.)

1First, the pictures are accurate to what is shown on the internet. Four days before my rental start date, I received a cancellation notice due to not being able to drop off and pick up the trailer. I tried booking other rentals but was not successful. I reached out to the owner and stated I was able to use a friend's vehicle to tow the fifth wheel. The owner said I would need to dump the black water and fill it up with water. Not something I would like to do, but I had not choice and agreed. When I picked up the rental, my first sign of challenges began when the auto level from the exterior did not work. The owner had to raise the front from the interior control panel of the trailer, which kept stating "sensor fault." We were finally able to hook it up, and we were off. As we exited out of the property, the sliding hitch made a loud bang. I am on my 7th RV and have owned 5th wheels in the past, this was much louder and violent than what I was used to hearing, but we went on. We get down the road a couple of miles, and I make a turn, and it slams again. My friend who owns the brand new Ford F350 said the sliding hitch was sideways and to pull over right away. I thought maybe we hooked it up wrong, so we unhooked it and hooked it back up. We make a left turn, and it slides again, and we are nervous to brake as the trailer may damage the bed of the truck or even the cab. We were able to slow down and stop on a hill. We called the manufacturer of the sliding hitch and they asked if the trailer had a "capture plate" on the trailer, it did not. We then called a tow company to tow us to our site 3 miles away with a charge of $312. They almost did not tow us because the rig has expired Oregon plates. Now at the campsite, we are having a hard time leveling the jacks as the control panel keeps faulting. After an hour, we finally leveled it. I used a portable dump for the black and gray water, sensors still show 3/4 full after emptying. My kids had to borrow a roll of toilet paper, there was barely any left on the roll. I get a text from the owner stating he forgot to give me the keys to the trailer, I tell them not to worry about it. My daughter went to make something on the stove, but it did not work. There is no propane, and both tanks are empty. We filled one but were unable to get the stove to work. On the day I was to bring the unit back, I send a text to the owner stating I feel it should be his responsibility to pay for the tow back. We argued and then came to an agreement that we would split the tow. I cannot find a tow company to tow the trailer back until Monday, which is also the day I have to return to work. The tow company finally towed the rig back. The owner decides to charge me for an additional day and for dumping. As he states "I agreed to do this." The owner needs lessons on service. 90% of trucks have standard beds, and if they tow a 5th wheel, they will have a sliding hitch, which requires a capture plate. He is a poor representation of your brand and put my friends and me at risk while allowing us to tow the vehicle without the proper equipment. It is ridiculous I was charged the additional fees when all this could have been avoided had he known what he is doing.
