Book early! This amazing trailer booked up fast last year!Looking to have a summer getaway, Or, need extra space and bedding at your next family gathering? Rent our brand new A-Frame trailer! This is the coolest "Tiny Home", as we like to call it! So easy to set up (Takes literally 3-5 minutes! We are short and have no issues pushing the roof up), and easy to tow with a 2 inch ball. Requires a 7 way adapter for the trailer lights (Can also use a 4-7 way adapter). Trailer weighs 2092 pounds dry weight.This trailer has one Queen bed and a dinette conversion double bed. 2 adults and 2 small children, a couple, or 3 adults would suit this type of trailer best. We are parents, and we use it for ourselves as the kids still like to sleep in tents!Fur babies are welcome, of course! We have a small dog who we love to bring camping with us!Trailer is equipped with a microwave, A/C, ceiling fan, potable water tank, water heater, clean sheets, outdoor shower, indoor and outdoor cooktop, sink, refrigerator, heated mattress and electric/propane heat, indoor and outdoor bluetooth/am/fm/usb radio, dining table/conversion bed, usb and usb-c plug ins, as well as standard outlets. The trailer is also equipped with a wi-fi extender. Loads of storage as well! Please note: Microwave, A/C, ceiling fan and furnace for heat require an electrical 30 amp site to run these appliances. • Must have both propane tanks turned off before transporting the trailer as per MTO laws.
• Both safety chains as well as separate breakaway cable must be installed before transporting the trailer as per MTO laws.
• All 4 levelling jacks must be fully raised before transportation.
• A trailer light check should be performed prior to departure.
• Owner is not responsible for any MTO or law enforcement fines due to improper towing and/or hook up of the trailer.
• We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to have a full walk-through of set up and take down to avoid damage fees.
