Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who are looking for a one stop Class A motor home and toy hauler all in one! The motorhome has an 11' garage that can accommodate a golf cart, or several motorcycles (or bikes), Quads, or most 2 seat Can Am, RZR and Yamaha YXZ SxS (All depends on bumpers accessories you have added*). Can sleep up to 8 with air mattress (add-on option) and has full bathroom, kitchen, and 2 AC units. Also features a built in fuel station to refill your toys.
We provide the following with the rental at no extra charge:
-BBQ grill with propane (attaches to RV tank)
-Linens for main bed, pull out couch, and drop down dinette (Sheets & blankets, Pillows will only be provided if asked)
-Bath towels - (3) shower, (3) Hand, (3) Wash cloth
-Kitchen dishes (Paper Plates, Bowls, Mugs, Solo Cups, Plastic Silverware, Kitchen utensils, can opener)
-Kitchenware (Mixing bowls, pots, pans, toaster, keurig coffee maker, etc)
-Dish Towels & dish soap
-RV Toilet paper (4), paper towels (2)
Anything not listed above will need to be provided by you. If there is something on the above list you will not need for your trip, please let us know so we can remove it. There are add-on options should you want to include with your reservation.
Before you hit the road we will run through how everything works as a refresher for those with experience and a intro for those that are new. This will take between 20-30 minutes depending on your experience. Upon pick up, my RV will have a full tank of gas, full tank of water, and both black and grey tanks will be empty and ready for use. Upon return I ask that the RV is returned in same condition as picked up: with a full tank of gas, or I charge $4 per gallon if it’s not. The inside of the RV should be cleaned; the black and grey tanks also need to be emptied prior to your return but if you aren’t comfortable with doing it I can have it done for you for $50 (Add-on).

My wife Rebecca and I have two grown children and have been empty nesters for 5+ years now. We do have two fur babies, Bear and Dos and we are looking to convert to full time RV'ing in the near future. Being able to work remote will give us the opportunity to explore and travel and continue to enjoy being mobile. We also also have a SxS and boat which we love going on trips with friends to various places around AZ but are looking to expand that into other areas around the US. We recently completed our first major long road trip from Arizona to Wisconsin to Illinois, then down to the Gulf cost of Texas and back to Phoenix.
