In the event of any loss or damage to the RV, or any personal property or bodily injury claim, that occurs during the rental period due to any cause regardless of fault, including, but not limited to, collision, rollover, theft, vandalism, windshield damage, seizure, fire, flood, hail or other acts of nature or God, the renter is held responsible, and is required to pay the deductible -- THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS IS, AS AVAILABLE BASIS. COMPANY DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR COMPLETELY SECURE; NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED BY USING THE SERVICES OR RENTING AN RV. Nor will Elite RV Rentals accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather condition, natural disasters, or any reasons beyond our/it's control. If the RV becomes inoperable for more than 24 hours, our liability to you is limited to the daily rental rate times the number of days the RV is inoperable. We are not responsible for the loss of vacation, personal or business time, or any incidental expenses incurred by you as a result of breakdown or any problem(s) with the RV.
