5.0Mark and Heather were great hosts! We flew into Phoenix from Georgia, so we purchased the pick-up add-on to and from Sky Harbor Airport. Mark accommodated our late flight in and our early flight out. He was punctual and stayed in constant communication with us. He taught us everything we needed to know to drive and run the RV. All his paperwork was ready and in proper order for us. He was friendly, funny, and informative. The RV was clean and everything inside it worked perfectly the whole time! We drove the RV up to Sedona, Meteor Crater, and the Grand Canyon. I’ve never experienced so much constant wind as at Meteor Crater (30+ mph, with gusts up to 43 mph at the RV park where we stayed overnight). Then it snowed at the Grand Canyon and we got stuck for an hour and a half on the highway due to a shutdown from an accident. We were warm and comfortable our entire trip. (Ha! We came to AZ thinking it would be warm and caught the one week of winter.) The master bed was comfortable even for a 6’2” tall man (a tad short but still slept well with the slides out). Plenty of space for two medium built teenage boys. We would definitely rent from them again!!

1.0Grill did not function No coffee maker. Bed was six inches too short I am six one Kitchen supplies inadequate. Pan was big enough to fry one egg Generator would start and die took about three tries for it to remain running Bike rack clip to strap down a forth bike was missing.

5.0Despite a few hiccups, we had an absolutely wonderful time! Mark and Heather were responsive and helpful which made the process even smoother. The RV was clean and the perfect size for our family. The RV came stocked with utensils, bedding, a few basic pots/pans and dishes so we didnt have to bring those. They had so many extras that we could add on like camp chairs, an outdoor table, a coffee pot... they really make it easy to want to rent again.
