1.0Outdoorsy is NOT a company I would ever book through again. The Original RV owners cancelled 7 days before the trip. The consierge was very nice trying to get another booked but every time you called her you had to go through a different person explaining the entire situation again and never failed” we will relay the message to her, she will call you back”. Needless to say she transferred the payment to a different RV but more expensive being at the last minute! This was a 2 year planned trip upset by one complication that could have been handled better. Needless to say we made the best of it! And will probably never rent an RV again! Best advice- have a back up plan or buy your own RV! The Phoenix motor coach and staff salvaged the trip, last minute!
