2021 Mercedes-Benz 4x4 Sprinter 2500

This was our first experience both with Outdoorsy and with a sprinter van. We rented it for 12 days to tour the canyons. We had a wonderful time! Even when there were no hook-ups the van kept us warm at night, let us shower, cook our dinner, refrigerate our food, turn on the lights -- it was great! The van is small enough to maneuver easily and park anywhere, and it was great to be able to get up and grab a bite from the refrigerator even as we were driving. Our only minor discomfort was the small bed, so we decided to break up our trip with occasional hotel stays. Jim was the best. He answered all of our questions and was happy to be "bothered" by our constant calls during the trip. He was flexible, accommodating and generous, and a pleasure to interact with. We would rent from him again in a heartbeat!

Jim was very responsive and available for all our adventure questions which were not very many as the van drove great and had what we needed to stay comfortable. I would rent from Jim again no questions asked.

Jim was a good host. The van had some quirks, but it ran well and suited my needs. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Having a generator was a plus. Thanks Jim!

Had an unforeseen technical issue that popped up at the start of the trip that could have resulted in having to abandon the trip but the host was incredibly attentive and put in some amazing last minute repairs that got us back on the road in no time. Could not be more pleased with the action and speed that was taken in keeping us on track. Once the issue was resolved, the trip went off without a hitch; the van was great and we would definitely rent again from this host.
