Provides detailed, responsive support
Joseph consistently offers thorough orientations, patiently explaining all features. He is highly responsive to questions before and during trips, even providing video calls, demonstrating a passion for customer experience and attention to detail.
Drives easily like a car
Guests frequently note the van's ease of driving and parking, feeling more like a car than an RV. It's well-equipped, clean, comfortable for multiple travelers, features a pop-top bed, larger fridge, Starlink, and is suitable for various terrains.

5.010/10 recommend Vanhallah! My boyfriend and I rented for 10 days as our first van trip and I could not be more satisfied. The renter/owner (Joe) and his wife were extremely responsive to any of our inquiries and really made this trip all the fun with none of the stress. Very thorough during introduction and even had a cheat sheet for navigating the “stinky slinky” and other possibly confusing appliances. The van itself was super clean, drove very smooth (considering we were driving a house), everything we needed to use worked, every message or call was answered within the minute, and we didn’t do nearly as bad on gas as we thought! If you are considering renting go ahead and book, you wont regret it (:

5.0We had the best time! Meeting Joe and his wife right off the bat, we knew we had picked the right vehicle for our needs. Joe described everything in detail about the Van and took us for a test drive, and we were off on an adventure.
