Joseph is excellent at explaining van features (up to 1 hour orientation), quick to respond to questions/issues (including video calls), and very patient with first-time RVers. He also includes snacks and essential supplies.

The van handles well, drives smoothly on highways, and is easy to park in cities and national park trailheads. Its size is manageable for beginners and feels like driving a regular car.

5.0The van was well prepared, clean and ready to go (even when we arrived early due to flights landing early and all that). Joe was very thorough in explaining all the ins & outs of how to operate the van - leave about 1 hour in your schedule to get the entire schpiel. The van was well equipped with kitchen and linen things that we needed for 4 people. Pro tip: especially If you are traveling from afar, pack very light and even have 2 bags to separate just what you need for camping vs. what you need for the rest of the trip. 4 people's worth of stuff in the van can be a lot of tetris'ing on a daily basis! We drove all around Northern AZ and had fun with our house on wheels. Thanks again for a memorable vacation opportunity.

5.0This campervan was great for our trip around Arizona. The vehicle handled well on the road and was easy to drive and park in the cities. Also, the van was equipped with everything we needed. Joseph was a great host and very generous with his time explaining the ins and outs of the van. We would highly recommend this camper for any adventure in the Southwest.

During the trip, he as excellent at guiding us thru a few learning curve questions--even doing a video call to help us resolve an issue. He is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience! All around awesome adventure thanks to Joe and his incredibly well-equipped RV! Highest possible recommendation!

Are there any additional fees?
A.
It is expected that the tanks are emptied, fuel is refilled, and the van is cleaned prior to its return. If not, there will be a charge for us to do it for you. Dumping Fee: $50 Refuel Fee: $50 (Plus cost of fuel and propane retained from your deposit) each. Cleaning Fee: $100 Deep Cleaning Fee: $200 Please clean up after yourself. If you choose not to, we may have to charge the cleaning fee. If it's very dirty (caked in mud, toilet stains, etc. then it may be a deep cleaning fee.)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pickup can be anytime starting at 12pm or later. We have an "add-on" option if you want us to get it ready for you earlier for $50, with adequate notice. Drop off will be at 1pm or earlier, with an "add-on" option for late drop off until 6pm for $50 so long as we are notified and agree to it ahead of time since we'll need to alter our schedule to accommodate.
