Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Our van is available for pickup at our residence in Central Phoenix. This location is a quick Uber from Sky Harbor International Airport.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
-This van does NOT fit in drive-thru's or parking garages. -Because of the length of the wheelbase you can't take turns as tight as you would a normal car. -While this van is easy to drive there is a learning curve. Understanding how to use your "fish-eye" side mirrors will assist you quite a bit as there are no rear side windows. The van does have rear facing windows.
Q.
Where do we sleep?
A.
The bench seat in the rear of the vehicle folds into a 6' long bed. How to operate this will be gone over at pickup.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
-We have found that not having a robust plumbing system inside the van makes it easier to use. -The electrical system is basic and provides power to the fridge, ceiling lights and fan. There is an outlet for cooking meals outside the van. Extension cord and cooktop provided.
