We’ve also added many upgrades that really make it a home away from home. It has a beautiful interior with a large living room, kitchen, bath and private bedroom.We're happy to deliver within a 100 mile radius of Pine Island MN. Please note the size and utility requirements when making your campsite reservations. • No refunds will be given if the camper cannot be set up safely at your site, or if the site is too small. We do our best to arrive on time and communicate any delays. A fee of $50/hour may be charged for delays on your part.
• One (1) small well behaved dog less than 30 pounds is allowed. No dogs on the bed please.
• Only people and pets listed in the reservation may stay in the camper.
• No smoking or vaping in the camper. No candles, incense or open flames. You are responsible for any damages. A $200 minimum fee will be charged for any odor removal required.
• Please complete the Checkout List in the handbook. A $200 minimum fee will be charged if the camper is not returned clean.
• If there is no sewer connection and no dump station available at the campground, a $50 fee will be charged for off-site dumping.

Does the camper work off-grid (dry camping/boondocking)

Yes! We boondock often. The camper has a large solar and battery setup. We also have a generator available. The toilet is waterless (not composting) too. Please be aware that our water tank is 43 gallons. You'll need to conserve water during your stay.

Can I pick the camper up and tow it with my own vehicle?

No. We provide delivery only.
