Joel is highly praised for his quick communication, responsiveness to inquiries, and accommodating delivery/pickup schedules, including early delivery and setup. He also proactively replaced a broken TV.

The 2022 Grand Design Reflection is praised for being clean, spacious, and in like-new condition. Guests loved the comfortable, often upgraded bed, massage/heated recliners, efficient AC, cozy fireplace, and large awning.

5.0Joel was great with communication. He responded within two hours with my numerous inquiries. The camper is as described and our family enjoyed the comfortable massage chairs, stocked essentials and layout. Joel even delivered earlier than arranged as family coming sooner than expected. Would definitely rent from him again.
