2019 Heartland Elkridge Focus Series 327bhs with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. This unique floorplan gives you a total of 3 slides, a private master bedroom with half bath and a private triple bunks rear bedroom. Due to the size of this unit it is offered as delivered and set up Only.We strive to make your camping experience a home away from home! The fifth wheel "Glamper" will be set up including all of the hookups. A large awning with outdoor carpet and four folding chairs will create a relaxing outdoor porch. The outdoor kitchen features a mini fridge, sink and portable cook top.The Glamper features 2 air conditioners and propane heating so you will always be able to find your comfort temperature! As you enter the main entry door you will find a spacious living/dining/kitchen area. Our kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and double sink. Basic utensils, dishes, cook ware, toaster oven and coffee maker are provided for your convenience. The dining table converts to a small sleeping area and the sofa pulls out into a bed. *Linens and pillows are not provided for these*Fresh linens will be waiting for you on the full size queen and bunk beds. The queen bed in the master bedroom has been upgraded with a memory foam mattress. ** Please note there is a weight restriction on the top bunk beds. ** Both bedrooms also have TVs - this is a total of 3 TVs in the Camper! Fresh towels are provided. Septic safe toilet paper is provided and must be used in both toilets. A starter dish rag and dish soap is provided as well.Our delivery, set up, and pickup service allows you to avoid the stress of setting up. We will ensure the camper is clean and set up upon check in. Upon pick up please make sure the trailer is in working order and tidy up for inspection. An excessive cleaning fee will be held from the deposit if the camper requires a deep cleaning after your use. Our normal cleaning includes change linens, wipe all surfaces, clean bathrooms, sweep and mop. Depending on your length of stay, the black/gray tanks may need to be dumped and cleaned by our guests before the end of your rental. We are more than happy to work with our guests to ensure a pleasant stay.
