《RULES & GUIDELINES》 •No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking inside the RV. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if any smoke odor or residue is detected. •Pets Welcome (with approval): We love our furry friends! Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. A small pet fee may apply. •No Climbing on the Roof: For your safety and to prevent damage, do not climb on the roof at any time. •Awning Use: Please retract the awning during high winds or storms. Damage to the awning is the renter’s responsibility and not covered by insurance. •Festival Use: Must be pre-approved. Some events require additional deposits or cleaning fees. •Travel Restrictions: The RV must remain within the State Of Louisiana (or as otherwise approved). Pickup & Return: •Pickup / Drop-Off Times: To be arranged prior to your trip. Please be on time to avoid additional fees. •Cleaning Expectations: Please return the RV in the same clean condition it was delivered. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive dirt or mess. •Propane: Return with the same fuel and propane levels as at pickup, unless you select the prepaid option. •Waste Tanks: Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return. A $125 fee applies if not dumped. •Driving & Towing: No Unauthorized Drivers: Only registered drivers listed on the rental agreement may tow the RV. •Speed Limit: Do not exceed 65 mph while towing or driving the RV. This helps prevent tire blowouts and sway. •Accidents / Damage: Please notify us immediately if any damage or accident occurs during your trip.
