Jen was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, friendly and professional! And to experience this on our own property was truly a blessing! 5.0This owner is attentive and very helpful. Our rental was exactly what the web site said it would be. Having never experienced a camping trailer before, we came away well pleased. The unit was clean and all equipment functioning well. It was ideal for us...two seniors in our 70's. The deliver and pick-up service went like clockwork. All in all, we can highly recommend this unit and the enabling owner.
