I have a 16 ft trailer that has been painted and has new laminate. It’s older but it’s shelter. The heat works. It has a battery and propain fridge. I always use a cooler. Also has a bathroom with shower but I don’t know if the shower works as we have never used it. This is easy to pull has a Pop up awning for sudden weather changes.
