Returning an RV with a normal amount of dirt is acceptable and will not result in any additional charges. However if an RV is returned covered in dirt, soot, trash, food, wine stains, etc, this will incur a $350 deep cleaning fee.Late Fee - If a renter returns the RV after the agreed upon drop off time plus a one hour grace period, a late fee of $25 per hour will be charged. RVs that are returned 5 hours late, including the 1 hour grace period without consent from the owner can be charged for an extra rental night.Abandonment Fee - If the RV is not returned to the place of pick up or another location that the owner agreed upon, an abandonment fee of $1000 will be charged.Available to add on:

Derek consistently provides great communication, is friendly, and offers detailed walkthroughs. He demonstrated flexibility and went out of his way to assist with a renter's vehicle/hitch issues, ensuring their trip could proceed.

5.0Trailer was the perfect size for what we needed. Derek was great, very helpful. Had some issues with my vehicle/hitch and Derek tried his best to help me fix it. When we couldn't, he was flexible in letting me go get a new hitch to get me on my way. Would definitely renting from him again.
