3.0The trailer was decent value for a desert trip, but there are several issues mechanically with the trailer. The jack to lift and lower the trailer was on its last leg and I had to play Tetris with the provided wood blocks and bottle jack to lift it on and off the hitch. The refrigerator does not work off of the generator or propane and learned after we rented , it only works if connected to full hook ups. The bed in the garage area is held up with tie downs and three men couldn’t figure out how to get it down so my daughter had to sleep on the couch. We paid a $100 prep fee and the inside was covered in sand and dirt which we had to clean. Andy is very responsive and easy to deal with, but wish I would have known about the jack, refrigerator and bed situation ahead of time as it’s not covered in photos or listing . Overall it gets the job done but I would not call it “5 star” as the ad describes it.

5.0Andy was a GREAT host! He saved our vacation after Outdoorsy had to cancel our previous reservation last minute. Not only was he quick to respond, but he was super communicative and friendly! He had everything dialed in for us when we arrived and even set up the sitting area for us outside! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
