5.0We had booked an RV back in May for this weekend and five days prior to our trip that RV was wrecked and became unavailable. I found this RV online last minute and Matt was incredibly prompt and courteous to help us get this RV reserved and ready in a short amount of time. Matt delivered the RV on-time and he was thorough with the set up and how-to processes. RV was very clean and comfortable and worked perfectly for us. Matt even had the foresight to provide us with extra fans in case it got too hot, even though the RV had great air conditioning. The pack-and-play option was also a great idea and worked out well for our little one. I highly recommend Matt and this RV, and will definitely work with him in the future.
